- 1piececube of all purpose sauce
- 1/4cupcooked chickpeas
- 1/8tsppaprika
- 1/8tspcumin
- 1pinchsalt
- 1piecelarge egg
- Cooking oil or spray
How to make Microwave Mug Shakshuka with Chickpeas

Add paprika, cumin, and salt, and stir to combine.
Add the chickpeas and stir to combine.
Make a well in the center of the sauce and crack the egg into the well. Pierce the center of the egg yolk once with a knife.
Microwave for 1 minute. Continue cooking in 20-second intervals until the white is set and the yolk is at your preferred doneness. Garnish with cilantro and feta, and serve immediately.
