Chicken Nachos recipe

Ingredients

For the Minced Chicken

Other Ingredients

  • Corn chips

    shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 1piece
    small onion, finely diced
  • 1piece
    small tomato, finely diced
  • 2tbsp
    cilantro, chopped
  • Your favorite sauces (e.g., chipotle mayo)
  • 1/2

How to make Chicken Nachos

To Prepare the Minced Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the all-purpose sauce cubes and let them dissolve. see my recipe on how to make the all purpose sauce cubes.

  4. Add the minced chicken to the skillet. Cook and stir for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and flavorful. Set aside.

To Make the Guacamole

  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl.

To Assemble the Nachos

  1. Spread the corn chips evenly on a microwave-safe plate.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lime juice over the assembled nachos.

  2. If you prefer spicier nachos, increase the amount of chili powder or add jalapeños.

  3. You can replace the chickpeas with black beans.
