Ingredients
- 1/2cupbutter, softened
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1piecebanana, sliced
- 1 1/2cupquick oats
- 3/4cupmaida / plain flour
- 1/4tspbaking soda
- 1/4tspcinnamon powder
- pinchof salt
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1/4cupchoc bits
How to make Healthy Oatmeal Banana Cookies | Best Oatmeal Banana Cookies
In a large mixing bowl, add butter and sugar. Beat well until combined. For Healthier alternate Sugar can be substituted with brown sugar.
Add the banana and beat again until smooth.
Add oats, maida, baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Add choco bits. Mix well.
Grease your hand with Oil/butter. Pinch a ball-sized dough and roll it evenly. Place the cookie ball on a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten slightly.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for 10 minutes.
Cool completely as the cookies will be soft initially. They will turn crisp and crunchy once cooled.
Store the oat cookies in an airtight container and enjoy for a week.

Replace maida with wheat flour as a healthy alternative.
Adding banana makes the cookie moister and adds flavor.
You can use oats of your choice.
