    Schezwan sauce or Gochujang
  • 2tsp
    garlic and ginger paste
  • 1tsp
    soya sauce
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 2tsp
    chilli powder
  • green chilies (to taste)

    chicken (or paneer or tofu)

    medium onion (sliced)
  • 3
    cloves garlic (minced)
  • 200g
    cabbage (optional)

How to make Spicy Korean Chicken

Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken with schezwan sauce, garlic and ginger paste, soya sauce, salt, chilli powder, and green chilies for at least 20 minutes.

Cooking

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced onions and minced garlic until browned.

  2. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook over medium flame for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. If using, add the cabbage and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. Once cooked, serve hot.
