How to make Masala Prawn

Marination

  1. Marinate the prawns with chilli powder, chicken masala, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes.

Cooking

  1. In a pan, add cumin seeds and bay leaf.

  2. Add garlic paste and chopped onions, and sauté until the onions are translucent.

  3. Stir in chilli powder, Dhaniya powder, haldi, and garam masala.

  4. Add the marinated prawns and chopped tomatoes.

  5. Cover and cook until the oil separates from the mixture, approximately 5 minutes.
