How to make Gobi Matar Aloo

Cooking Instructions

  1. Fry one bay leaf and cumin seeds in a pan.

  2. Sauté the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, and green chillies until the onions are browned.

  3. Add chilli powder, dhania powder, a pinch of garam masala, haldi, salt, and pepper to taste.

  4. Stir in the pureed tomatoes.

  5. Add the cauliflower heads, diced potatoes, and peas.

  6. Stir fry the mixture for 10-15 minutes.

  7. Pour in boiled water and adjust the quantity as per your preference.

  8. Continue cooking until the potatoes are tender.

  9. Once cooked, the dish is ready to serve!
