How to make Chilli Paneer

Prepare the Batter

  1. In a bowl, mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper.

  2. Gradually add water to the mixture to ensure there are no lumps.

  3. Add the paneer to the batter and marinate for 5-6 minutes.

Prepare the Gravy
