Ingredients
Dough
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1tspsalt
- 1cupwater

- 1cupfinely chopped cabbage
- 1cupfinely chopped carrots
- 1cupfinely chopped bell peppers
- 1tbspsoy sauce
- 1tspginger-garlic paste
- 1tspblack pepper powder
- 1tbspoil
How to make Veg Momos
Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Prepare the Filling
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
Add soy sauce and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
