    all-purpose flour

    soy sauce

    ginger-garlic paste

    black pepper powder

How to make Veg Momos

Prepare the Dough

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
