Raita Base

  • 1cup
    Curd
  • 1cup
    Water
  • 1/2tsp
    Red chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp
    Roasted cumin powder
  • Black salt (to taste)
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2cup
    Boondi

Tadka

  • 1tbsp
    Mustard oil
  • 1tsp
    Cumin seeds
  • 1/4tsp
    Hing

How to make Tadka Boondi Raita

Prepare the Raita

  1. Whisk together the curd and water in a bowl.

  2. Add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, and black salt to the mixture.

  3. Mix well and then add the chopped coriander leaves and boondi.
