Ingredients

- 3medium potatoes
- 1tspcumin seeds
- 1tspred chili powder
- 1tspgaram masala
- 2tbspfresh coriander, chopped
- 1tspsalt

- 4tbspghee or oil
How to make Street Style Paratha
Prepare the dough
In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour and salt. Add oil and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling
Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.
In a pan, heat a little oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the mashed potatoes.
Add red chili powder, garam masala, chopped coriander, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Make the parathas
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Roll out one ball into a small circle, place a portion of the filling in the center, and fold the edges over to seal.
Roll out the stuffed dough ball gently to form a flat paratha.
Heat a tawa or skillet and cook the paratha on both sides, applying ghee or oil until golden brown.
