How to make Spicy Egg Chutney Delight
Preparation
Roast the onion until slightly charred. Peel, cut, and add it to a grinder jar.
Add garlic, ginger, green chili, tomato, coriander leaves, and salt to the grinder. Blend into a smooth chutney.

Heat oil in a pan and pour in the chutney. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
