- 1/4tspHing
- 1tspTurmeric Powder
- 1tspCumin Powder
- 1tspCoriander Powder
- 1/2tspGaram Masala
- 1/2tspSabji Masala
- Salt to taste

How to make Payaj Matar ki Saloni
Preparation
Soak the peas in water for 6-8 hours.
Chop the onions and green chilies.

Heat mustard oil in a pan.
Add jeera and let it splutter.
Add chopped onions and green chilies, and sauté until the onions are golden brown.
