- 1chocolate bar (optional)
How to make Healthy & Tasty Quinoa Flour Cake without Oven
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine quinoa flour, jaggery, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, olive oil, vanilla extract, and milk.
