- 1/4tspBlack Pepper
- 1dashSalt
- 2tbspFresh Coriander leaves
Paratha Filling
- 1Roti/Paratha
- 1cupBoiled corn
- 1cupCheese
- 1dashSeasoning masala
- 1dashSalt
How to make Garlic Butter Cheese Loaded Paratha
Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture
In a bowl, mix the ghar ki malai with chopped garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper, salt, and fresh coriander leaves until well combined.
Assemble the Paratha
Take a roti or paratha and spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture on one side.
Add boiled corn and cheese on top of the garlic butter mixture.
Sprinkle some seasoning masala and salt over the filling.
Cook the Paratha
Fold the paratha in half to cover the filling and press gently.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the paratha until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with your favorite chutney or yogurt.
