    Ghar ki Malai
  • 1tbsp
    Chopped Garlic
  • 1tsp
    Chilli Flakes
  • 1tsp
    Oregano
  • 1/4tsp
    Black Pepper
  • 1dash
    Salt
  • 2tbsp
    Fresh Coriander leaves

Paratha Filling

  • 1
    Roti/Paratha
  • 1cup
    Boiled corn
  • 1cup
    Cheese
  • 1dash
    Seasoning masala
  • 1dash
    Salt

How to make Garlic Butter Cheese Loaded Paratha

Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture

  1. In a bowl, mix the ghar ki malai with chopped garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper, salt, and fresh coriander leaves until well combined.

Assemble the Paratha

  1. Take a roti or paratha and spread a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture on one side.

  2. Add boiled corn and cheese on top of the garlic butter mixture.

  3. Sprinkle some seasoning masala and salt over the filling.

Cook the Paratha

  1. Fold the paratha in half to cover the filling and press gently.
