For Gola

  • 1kg
    Watermelon

For Pani

  • 1cup
    Mint leaves
  • 4tsp
    Mishri (rock sugar)
  • 1/2tsp
    Chaat powder
  • 1dash
    Black salt
  • 1/2tsp
    Cumin powder
  • 1clove
    Lemon juice
  • 1cup
    Water
  • 1cup
    Ice cubes

How to make Fruit Gola with Mint Pani

Preparation of Gola

  1. Freeze the watermelon pieces for 2-3 hours.

  2. Grind the frozen watermelon into a slush.

  3. Shape the slush into golas and freeze them again.

Preparation of Pani

  1. Grind the mint leaves, mishri, spices, and lemon juice into a paste.

  2. Mix the paste with water and add ice cubes.

Serving

  1. Pour the mint pani over the golas and enjoy!
