How to make Easy & Delicious Corn Recipes

Crispy Corn Bhajiya

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, chopped onion, coriander leaves, ginger, and green chillies.

  2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt to the mixture.

  1. Boil the corn cobs until tender.

  2. In a bowl, mix butter, peri peri masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper, and chaat powder.

  3. Brush the mixture over the boiled corn cobs.
