How to make Easiest & Most Delicious Halwa
Cooking Instructions
In a pan, add ghee and powdered rusk.
Cook this on low flame for 4-5 minutes, until it turns aromatic and brown.
In a separate vessel, add water and sugar, and bring the water to a boil.
Add this to the rusk mixture and whisk continuously to avoid lumps.
It will start to thicken in a few minutes. Add cardamom powder and some more ghee, and cook until the ghee separates.
