How to make Dhaniya Wali Millet Vermicelli Upma
Preparation Steps
Heat oil in a pan.
Add peanuts and let them fry.
Add rai (mustard seeds) and let them splutter.
Add curry leaves, urad dal, and chana dal. Sauté until golden.
Add cashews and chopped onions. Cook until onions are translucent.
Add grated carrot and sauté for a few minutes.
Stir in the vermicelli and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add salt, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, and minced garlic.
Pour in water and bring to a boil.
Cover and cook until the vermicelli is soft and water is absorbed.
