How to make Dahi Puri

Preparing the puris

  1. In a bowl, mix semolina, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

  2. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough.

  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Heat oil in a pan for frying.

  5. Roll out small portions of the dough into thin circles.
