- 3/4cupWater
- 1cupCarrots grated
- 2tbspWater
- 1LMilk
- 1/4cupSugar
- Almonds for garnishing
- pistachio for garnishing

How to make Perfect recipe for Gajrela with 1L milk
Recipe
Boil rice in water till water dries.
Mash with spoon or in blender with milk.
Add 2 tbs water in carrots. Cover and cook till water dries.
Add grinded rice.
Add remaining milk. (I have used 1 cup already for grinding rice).
Stir occasionally.
Add sugar.
Cook till thickens.
Garnish with almonds and pistachio.
Cool and enjoy.
Tips & Tricks
- I have used lactose free milk. You can add milk of your choice.
- If you are not lactose intolerant, you can add cream and milk powder to make it extra creamy and rich after drying water of sugar.
