Recipe
Boil rice in water till water dries.
Mash with spoon or in blender with milk.
Add 2 tbs water in carrots. Cover and cook till water dries.
Add grinded rice.
Add remaining milk. (I have used 1 cup already for grinding rice).
Stir occasionally.
Add sugar.
Cook till thickens.
Garnish with almonds and pistachio.
Cool and enjoy.
