- 1/2tspCardamom powder

How to make Akhrot (Walnut) Halwa
Recipe
- Melt ghee in a pan.
2. Add chopped walnuts.
3. Cook on low flame with continuous stirring till light brown.
4. Add milk.
5. Cook on medium flame with occasional stirring till milk reduces to 1/4th.
6. Add sugar. Mix well
7. Add cardamom powder.
8. Cook till water of sugar dries.
9. Add milk powder.
10. Cook till ghee comes on surface and halwa leaves the pan.
11. Garnish with half walnuts.
Tips & Tricks
- If you like more sugars in desserts, you can add 1 cup sugar.
