    bowl vegetable oil
  • 2piece
    cinnamon stick
  • 2piece
    bay leaf
  • 1pinch
    kasuri methi
  • 2tbsp
    fennel seeds
  • 2tbsp
    jeera
  • 1
    bowl curd
  • 3tbsp
    veg biryani masala
  • 2tbsp
    coriander powder
  • 2tbsp
    garam masala
  • 1
    bowl carrot
  • 1
    bowl beans
  • 1
    bowl potato
  • 1
    bowl cauliflower
  • 3piece
    onion
  • 2tbsp
    ginger garlic paste
  • 2
    bowl mint leaves
  • 2 1/2cup
    rice
  • 5cup
    water
  • 1dash
    salt

How to make Veg Pulao

  1. Take curd and mix all the masala ingredients. Keep it aside.

  2. Heat oil in a cooker on the stove.

  3. Add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, jeera, kasuri methi, and ginger garlic paste. Mix them well.

  4. Add all the vegetables and stir nicely.

  5. Add the masala curd mixture and mix well.

  6. Add mint leaves and salt as per your taste.

  7. Add rice and water. Stir well.

  8. Close the cooker and cook until 3 whistles.

  9. Mix well and serve.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the vegetables are chopped uniformly for even cooking.

  2. You can add a few drops of lemon juice for extra flavor.
