- 1pinchkasuri methi
- 2tbspfennel seeds
- 2tbspjeera
- 1bowl curd
- 3tbspveg biryani masala
- 2tbspcoriander powder
- 2tbspgaram masala
- 1bowl carrot
- 1bowl beans
- 1bowl potato
- 1bowl cauliflower
- 3pieceonion
- 2tbspginger garlic paste
- 2bowl mint leaves
- 2 1/2cuprice
- 5cupwater
- 1dashsalt

How to make Veg Pulao
Take curd and mix all the masala ingredients. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a cooker on the stove.
Add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, jeera, kasuri methi, and ginger garlic paste. Mix them well.
Add all the vegetables and stir nicely.
Add the masala curd mixture and mix well.
Add mint leaves and salt as per your taste.
Add rice and water. Stir well.
Close the cooker and cook until 3 whistles.
Mix well and serve.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the vegetables are chopped uniformly for even cooking.
You can add a few drops of lemon juice for extra flavor.
