  • 5piece
    onion
  • 1/2cup
    vegetable oil
  • 1tbsp
    mustard seeds
  • 1tbsp
    jeera
  • 1tbsp
    turmeric powder
  • 2tbsp
    red chilli powder
  • 1sprig
    curry leaves
  • 1sprig
    coriander leaves
  • 1pinch
    salt

How to make Onion Curry for Dosa

  1. Heat the kadai on the stove and add vegetable oil.

  2. Add mustard seeds and jeera. Once they start to splutter, add curry leaves.

  4. Add red chilli powder and a little water for gravy. Continue to cook until the onions are nicely fried.
