Cut and wash the vegetable and set aside, boil the meat and chop it, put pot on the gas and pour the oil, pour in the oil sliced onion, had the blended peppers, add salt to taste, pour inside the fried pepper your meat and fish, stir till well combined and add your vegetables, stir and allow it to steam for 2 mins, ready to serve with ricr
