How to make Beef Bole with Mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice the plantains lengthwise.

  2. Marinate the beef with black pepper, paprika, sweet chili sauce, seasoning cube, salt, and dark soy sauce. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

  3. Chop the bell peppers, carrot, and onion into small pieces.

Cooking

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sautΓ© the chopped onion until translucent.

  2. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned.

  3. Add the bell peppers and carrot to the beef, cooking until the vegetables are tender.

  4. In the air fryer, cook the sliced plantains until golden brown.

  5. Once the plantains are cooked, layer the beef and vegetable mixture on top.

  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and return to the air fryer until the cheese is melted.

  7. Serve with sliced avocado on the side.
