How to make Apple Granola Parfait

Prepare the Granola

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, and suya spice.

  3. Melt the coconut oil and mix it into the dry ingredients until well combined.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
