How to make Potato Pancakes with Mushroom Sauce
For Pancake
Grate the boiled potatoes.
Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the grated potatoes and mix well to make a pancake batter.
Mix a little milk if required.
Fry the batter into pancakes using oil or butter.
For Sauce
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions and mushrooms and sauté well until cooked.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cream and mix well.
Pour this sauce over the pancakes and serve hot.
