- 2cupspoha
- 1piecemedium onion, finely chopped
- 1piecemedium tomato, finely chopped
- 2piecegreen chilies, finely chopped
- 1tspmustard seeds
- 1tspcumin seeds
- 1tspcoriander powder
- 1tspgaram masala powder
- 1tbspghee
- 2tbsplemon juice
- salt to taste

How to make Masala Poha
Rinse poha and soak it in water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the soaked poha to the pan and mix everything together.
Squeeze lemon juice over the poha mixture and mix again.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
Tips & Tricks
Use a mix of spices to give it a nice flavor.
Adjust the amount of chilies according to your taste.
You can also add some grated coconut or chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture.
