- Sufficient water to boil corns
- 1tspTurmeric powder
- 1tspSalt

- 1cupCurd
- 1tbspOil
- 1tspRed chilli powder
- 1tspBlack pepper powder
- 1tspTurmeric powder
- 1tspKashmiri red chilli powder
- 1tspChaat masala
- 1/2pieceLemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1tspKasuri methi
- 1tbspBesan
- pinchof sugar
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Butter to apply after grilling
- Coriander leaves to garnish
How to make Sweet Corn Tandoori 🤤
Blanching Sweet Corn
Take fresh sweet corn , remove the peels, corn silk and wash well in running water .
Boil enough water in a vessel , add the washed corns with turmeric powder and salt to taste. Let it simmer for 5- 7 min , drain and keep aside.
Marination for Sweet Corn Tandoori
In a bowl, add curd, oil, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, chaat masala, kashmiri red chilli powder , squeeze some lemon. Mix all the masalas well in curd and oil mixture.
Add 1 tbsp besan ( gram flour ) , pinch of sugar, kasuri methi, coriander leaves. Mix well . Marination for Sweet Corn Tandoori is ready.
Apply this marination on the sweet corn . Coat well. Place a greased mesh or grill over the stove. Place the corn and cook on medium-low heat until charred on all sides. Keep turning it regularly.
Once done, remove it from the heat. Apply melted butter on it, followed by a sprinkle of chaat masala and coriander leaves.
