Stuffing for Stuffed Green Capsicum
Wash green capsicum really well and then cut the cap as shown below, deseed the capsicums and wash again to remove seeds completely.
Fos stuffing, heat oil , splutter some mustard seeds, fennel seeds , cumin seeds and then toss finely chopped onion & capsicum.
Add all the masalas mentioned in the ingredients section and cook til oil separates. Then add pinch of sugar,peanut powder and coriander leaves. Mix well and stuffing is ready. Allow it to cool down.
