Ingredients
- 1cupRolled oats
- 1/2cuproasted bengal gram flour
- Few Spinach leaves
- 1tspSalt
- 1tspTurmeric powder
- 1/2cupWater
- Oil or ghee or butter to make pancakes
How to make Spinach Oats Pancake
In a mixie jar, add oats , gram flour, washed few Spinach leaves, salt and turmeric.
Add water and grind into thick smooth batter. Rest for 5-10 min.
Heat pan and on low flame, Grease some butter or oil , add a ladle of spinach oats batter and roast both the sides till you can see brown spots on both the surface.
Serve hot with any curry or chutney of your choice.
Tips & Tricks
You can also enhance the taste by adding ginger garlic paste while grinding batter.
Keep the batter to rest for few minutes for better assimilation of flavours in the batter.
