- 6tbspGhee

- 1tspGreen cardamom powder
- 1cupSoft jaggery
How to make Quick Modak Recipe Ganesh chaturthi special
To make Instant Modak for Ganesh chaturthi
Heat pan and roast rava and besan with 3 tbsp ghee separately
Cool the ingredients and add 1 tsp Cardamom powder.
Crumble the mixture by adding soft jaggery.
Use modak mould and make lovely modaks

Tips & Tricks
If it becomes difficult to mould modaks add 1 tbsp milk cream this makes easier to mould.
You can add other dryfruits of your choice for that nutty flavour
Instead of jaggery you can add leftover sugar syrup as well
