Tips & Tricks
Ensure that the milk and curd are fresh and of good quality. Raw milk can be used, but if you are concerned about hygiene, lightly boil and cool it before using.
Add a pinch of cardamom or saffron for a more fragrant Panchamrit. You can also include a few drops of rose water for a cooling effect.
Panchamrit is best consumed fresh. If left out for too long, curd can turn sour, and the mixture might lose its beneficial properties.
If you need to store Panchamrit for a short time, keep it in the refrigerator and consume within a few hours. Avoid keeping it for more than a day.
Although Panchamrit is nutritious, it is rich in fats and sugars. Limit the quantity if consumed regularly, especially for those with dietary restrictions.
