Ingredients
- 1 1/2cupSpinach( with stem )
- 1cupChopped spinach
- 200gGrated paneer
- 1Chopped onion
- 1tspBlack pepper powder
- 1cupOats
- 1/2cupBesan ( roasted bengal gram flour )
- 1 1/2cupwater
- 1tspTurmeric powder
- 1tspSalt
- Oil to fry the wraps
- 1tspOil
- 1tspCumin seeds
- pinchof asafoetida
- 2tbspSoaked cashew - paneer paste.
- 1tspChaat masala

How to make Wrap for Palak Paneer Wrap
In a mixie jar, combine oats , besan , palak leaves, salt , turmeric powder and water. Make a fine smooth batter. Rest for 10 min.
In this measurement you can make 7-8 wraps.
Heat pan , Grease some oil, add a ladle and cook both the sides till it gives brown spots.
How to make stuffings for Palak Paneer Wrap
In the same pan , add oil, crackle some cumin seeds and pinch of asafoetida. Add spinach leaves and onion and toss for a min. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder. Switch off the flame.
Keep the stuffings aside.
How to assemble Palak Paneer Wrap
Take palak wrap , apply soaked cashew paneer paste, place cabbage leaf, add the palak paneer stuffing, any salad pickle like salted onion or capsicum. Sprinkle some chaat masala and roll.
Cut into halves and serve with any sauces of your choice.
Tips & Tricks
Allow the wrap batter to rest for 15-20 minutes to make it more pliable.
Spread mint chutney, yogurt sauce, or mayonnaise on the wrap for extra flavor.
Place the palak paneer filling in the center, add sliced onions, cucumbers, or julienned carrots for crunch.
Add grated cheese for a creamy twist.
