Ingredients
- 1Burger bun
- 1tbspSweet chilli sauce
- 8Small paneer cubes
- 4spoons mix veggies like capsicum onion and sweet corn
- Some grated cheese
- 2tspMix herbs
How to make Crunchy Open Burger
Place a burger bun on plate. Cut into halves. Apply generous amount of Sweet Chilli sauce over the buns.
Place 4 cubes of paneer on each bun, and put 2 spoons of mix veggies over them.
Spread grated cheese over the veggies and sprinkle some mix herbs.
Lightly toast them on the pan with a little butter or oil , sprinkle some water drops to avoid burning at the bottom. Cover and simmer for 2-3 min.
Serve hot with any fries, potato wedges, or a salad on the side.

Toast the burger bun halves with a generous amount of butter or olive oil until they are golden brown and crispy
Add pickled cucumbers or pickled carrots for both a crunchy texture and a tangy flavor.
