  2. Cut the flesh of avocado into cubes. Scoop out the pieces in the bowl. See to it that the cubes are medium in size. Otherwise, it may turn mushy while mixing.

  4. Add the veggies like tomato, cabbage, onion and coriander leaves You can add other veggies as well of your choice like cucumber, sweet corn, capsicum, etc.

Tips & Tricks

  1. To avoid avocado turning brown after cutting, coat some lemon juice.

  2. Refrigerate for some time before serving.

  3. You can add other veggies, boiled eggs or boiled chicken pieces too.

  4. Check the outer cover of avocado, if it is too hard then it needs a day's time to ripe well.
