  1. In a pan , heat butter and once the butter melts , toss cumin seeds, spring onion and garlic pods . Then add boiled potato, ginger and green chilli. Toss for a min.

  2. Season this mixture with black pepper powder, salt , sugar and pinch of mix herbs. Add warm water and give it a boil for 2 min. Let it cool down.

  3. Add the contents in the mixie jar with full cream and make a fine smooth paste.

  4. In the same pan , add butter and add the paste . Mix well . Adjust water according to your preferences and give it a boil for 3-4 min. Adjust salt and spices if needed. You can also the mixture to retain its smooth lump free texture
