How to make Amla Ginger Tea
Wash Amla and peel the ginger. Grate both of them n keep aside.
Heat 1 cup water in a utensil, once water starts boiling add grated ginger and amla.
Boil the amla - ginger water for 7-8 min. Switch off the flame and strain the concoction in a tea cup or any glass.
Add honey as per your taste with a dash of 1/2 lemon. Serve hot for better results.
Tips & Tricks
After adding amla and ginger, simmer the tea for 5–7 minutes on low flame to preserve their nutrients.
Use a fine sieve to strain the tea for a smooth drinking experience.
You can also make a concentrate with grated amla, ginger, and honey, store it in the fridge, and dilute it with hot water as needed.
You can cool the tea, strain, and serve over ice for a refreshing summer drink.
