How to make Easy Banana Bread
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined.
Mash the bananas and add them to the egg mixture along with the vanilla essence and cinnamon powder, if using.
Stir in the oil until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
