    raw banana
  • 1tsp
    chilli powder
  • 1/4tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 1/2tsp
    pepper powder
  • 1tsp
    ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2tsp
    corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • 2tbsp
    oil

How to make Raw Banana Fry / Plantain Fry

  1. Wash and peel the raw bananas. (Don't peel out the entire skin of the banana, Only need to peel the outer layer)

  2. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. The slices should not be too thin or too thick.

  3. Boil some water along with turmeric powder.

  4. Let it vigorously boil and add raw banana pieces.

  5. Once done, turn off the flame and close the lid.

  6. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then drain.

  7. Transfer to a bowl and add chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.

  9. After marination, add corn flour and mix.

  10. Heat a pan and add oil.
