For the Batter

  • 3tbsp
    Gram flour
  • 3/4tbsp
    Fine rice flour
  • 1/2tsp
    Chilli powder
  • 1pinch
    Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste

How to make Potato Bonda / Masala Bonda

Prepare the Potato Filling

  1. Cook the potatoes and mash them. Set aside.
