  • 2piece
    ripped banana
  • 8tbsp
    all-purpose flour
  • 4tsp
    sugar
  • 1pinch
    instant yeast
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 1/4tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 200mL
    water
  • oil for frying

How to make Pazham pori / Banana Fritters

  1. In a bowl, add flour, sugar, turmeric powder, yeast, and salt.

  2. Mix well.
