    besan flour

    sugar

    ghee

How to make Mysore Pak

  8. Continue stirring until the ghee separates and bubbles start to rise.

  9. Pour the mixture onto a greased plate.

  10. After 2 minutes, cut into pieces and let it cool down completely.

  11. Separate the pieces from the greased plate.
