    garam masala
  • 3piece
    green chilly
  • 2sprig
    curry leaves
  • 3piece

  • 4tbsp
    coconut oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Mutton Boti Roast

Preparation

  1. Crush the pepper, cumin seeds, and fennel seeds.

  2. Add the crushed spices to a mixer grinder along with coriander powder and garlic.

Cooking

  1. To the cleaned boti, add chilly powder, curry leaves, salt, green chilly, 1 tbsp coconut oil, and the ground masala.

  2. Pressure cook for 6-7 whistles until it's cooked well.

  3. Once the pressure is completely gone, open the lid.

  4. Put a pan on the stove and add the remaining 3 tbsp of coconut oil.

  5. Add sliced onions and cook until they become light brown.

  6. Add the cooked boti to the pan and mix well.

  7. Cook on medium to high flame until the water content is completely absorbed.

  8. Finally, add garam masala powder and fresh curry leaves and mix well.

  9. Close the lid for 5 minutes.
