Masala Bread Toast is a healthy, tasty, and easy breakfast recipe that is also good as an evening snack.

Ingredients
- 5pieceBread slices
- 5pieceEgg
- 1pieceOnion
- 1pieceGreen chili
- 1/2tspChilli powder
- 1/2tspPepper powder
- 1/2tspGaram masala
- 3tbspCoriander leaves
- 2tbspMilk
- pieceButter
- pieceSalt
How to make Masala Bread Toast
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add chopped onion, chopped green chili, chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, milk, and salt to the eggs.
Mix well.
Take one bread slice and pour some egg mixture over it, spreading evenly on one side.
Heat a tawa and add a small cube of butter.
Place the bread slice with egg mixture onto the tawa.
Pour some egg mixture on the other side and spread it evenly.
When one side of the bread is cooked, lift the bread slice, add more butter, and gently flip the bread slice.
Cook until both sides are light brown. Remove from the tawa.
Repeat the process for all the bread slices.

Ensure the egg mixture is spread evenly for consistent cooking.
Adjust the amount of chili powder to suit your spice preference.
