  • 1/2cup
    all purpose flour
  • 1tbsp
    cornflour
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 2tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1tbsp
    curd
  • 1/4tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2cup
    water

For Sugar Syrup

  • 1cup
    water
  • 1cup
    sugar
  • 1tsp
    lemon juice
  • 4piece
    cardamom
  • 1pinch
    saffron

How to make Instant Jalebi

Prepare Sugar Syrup

  1. In a pot, add sugar, cardamom, and water.

  2. Allow it to boil for 6-7 minutes.

  3. Add lemon juice and turn off the flame.

  4. Add saffron and keep aside.
