    Cocoa powder
  • 1/2cup
    Oats
  • 1/2cup
    Unsweetened milk powder

How to make Homemade Protein Powder

Preparation

  1. Dry roast the almonds and set aside.

  2. Dry roast the walnuts, pistachios, and cashews on low flame until aromatic. Set aside.

  3. Dry roast the pumpkin seeds and melon seeds on low flame until aromatic. Set aside.

  4. Dry roast the ground nuts until they slightly pop.

  5. Dry roast the oats on low flame until crispy.

  6. Transfer all dry roasted ingredients to a plate and let them cool completely.

  7. Transfer the cooled ingredients to a mixer jar.

  8. Pulse and blend the mixture.

  9. Sieve the blended mixture.

  10. Add Cocoa powder and milk powder to the sieved mixture and mix well.

  11. Store the protein powder in an airtight container.
