This is one of the best easy-to-make weight loss salads. The protein content in the salad makes you feel fuller for a longer time. This is one of my favorite afternoon salads.

- 25gboiled raw peanut
- 1/2piecegreen apple
- 25gboiled kidney beans
- 100gridge gourd
- 1/2cuplettuce
- 1tspapple cider vinegar
- pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste

How to make Healthiest and Tastiest Weight Loss Salad
Cut the ridge gourd, green apple, and lettuce into small pieces.
Add the cut vegetables to a bowl along with boiled raw peanuts, boiled kidney beans, apple cider vinegar, pepper, and salt.
Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Serve the salad immediately.
Tips & Tricks
For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice.
