This is one of the best easy-to-make weight loss salads. The protein content in the salad makes you feel fuller for a longer time. This is one of my favorite afternoon salads.

Healthiest and Tastiest Weight Loss Salad recipe

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 bowl)
  • 25g
    boiled raw peanut
  • 1/2piece
    green apple
  • 25g
    boiled kidney beans
  • 100g
    ridge gourd
  • 1/2cup
    lettuce
  • 1tsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

How to make Healthiest and Tastiest Weight Loss Salad

  1. Cut the ridge gourd, green apple, and lettuce into small pieces.

  2. Add the cut vegetables to a bowl along with boiled raw peanuts, boiled kidney beans, apple cider vinegar, pepper, and salt.

  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

  4. Serve the salad immediately.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice.
