These are melt-in-your-mouth biscuits that are very easy to make, requiring only four ingredients. You can use either wheat flour or all-purpose flour to make this.

Ingredients

12 Servings
(1 serving = 1 biscuit)
  • 1cup
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2cup
    powdered sugar
  • 1/4tsp
    vanilla essence
  • 1/4cup
    ghee

How to make Ghee Biscuits

  1. Mix all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence together.

  2. Gradually add the ghee to form a soft dough.

  3. Knead the dough until it is soft.

  4. Take a small portion of the dough, shape it into a ball, and flatten it slightly by pressing with your hands.

  5. Arrange the shaped dough on a baking tray lined with butter paper.

  6. Preheat the oven to 140°C.

  7. Bake the biscuits for 20 minutes.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the ghee is at room temperature for easier mixing.

  2. You can substitute all-purpose flour with wheat flour for a healthier option.
