These are melt-in-your-mouth biscuits that are very easy to make, requiring only four ingredients. You can use either wheat flour or all-purpose flour to make this.

Ingredients
- 1cupall-purpose flour
- 1/2cuppowdered sugar
- 1/4tspvanilla essence
- 1/4cupghee
How to make Ghee Biscuits
Mix all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence together.
Gradually add the ghee to form a soft dough.
Knead the dough until it is soft.
Take a small portion of the dough, shape it into a ball, and flatten it slightly by pressing with your hands.
Arrange the shaped dough on a baking tray lined with butter paper.
Preheat the oven to 140°C.
Bake the biscuits for 20 minutes.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the ghee is at room temperature for easier mixing.
You can substitute all-purpose flour with wheat flour for a healthier option.
