Fenugreek porridge is considered a healthy treat for the body. It's very delicious. The main ingredient is fenugreek seeds, which are considered to be an ideal medicinal food to maintain good health.

Ingredients
- 1cupraw rice
- 1/4cupfenugreek seeds
- 1cupthick coconut milk
- 2tbspghee
- salt to taste
How to make Fenugreek Porridge
Soak the fenugreek seeds for 6 hours.
After 6 hours, wash the rice.
Cook the rice along with soaked fenugreek seeds and 0.5 tbsp ghee with enough water for cooking.
When the rice is completely cooked, open the lid.
Add salt and coconut milk. Adjust the porridge consistency according to your preference.
Cook for 1 minute.
Turn off the flame.
Add the remaining 1.5 tbsp of ghee and mix well.
Tips & Tricks
Adjust the consistency of the porridge by adding more or less coconut milk.
